Telstra NBN & ADSL Issues

We are aware that there remain a small number of customers still experiencing connection issues. If you have a Telstra TG587, TG797 or TG799 modem that has not reconnected to the network after a restart, please visit CrowdSupport for instructions on resetting your modem.

If you have followed these instructions and are still having problems, please contact us on 13 39 33 (ADSL) or 1800 834 273 (NBN) so we can troubleshoot your issue further.

Telstra Usage Meter Update

We're aware that some of our cable customers cannot currently view their usage meter. We're working to fix this as soon as possible and apologise for the inconvenience.

Service interruptions will vary in size and complexity, from localised events which affect a few customers, or large scale events which will impact many. Either way, whenever it's possible, we'll give our customers notice about interruptions and maintenance work. We can't plan for everything, but we will always do our best to correct faults as quickly as possible.

You may see an 'End Time' listed. This is the estimated time at which we expect the service to become available. This can change for many reasons, but we'll keep this time as up to date as possible.
